Construction & installation

Butt and electrofusion welding of HDPE pipes

We build water mains with leak-free, long-lasting joints — for municipalities, water utilities, agriculture and industry.

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes are joined by welding rather than with seals that age and leak. Done properly, the welded joint is stronger than the pipe itself and lasts for decades.

We use two methods depending on diameter and site conditions: butt welding for larger mains and electrofusion welding for fittings, repairs and tight spaces.

Benefits

Leak-free

Welded joints are sealed — there are no gaskets to age and leak over time.

Long life

HDPE pipelines last for decades, resisting corrosion and aggressive soils.

Resilience

Flexibility under ground settlement and loads, without the brittleness of other materials.

Fast install

Fewer joints and fast welding shorten the project timeline.

How it works

  1. 01

    Survey & sizing

We review the route, diameters and conditions, and propose a solution and quote.

  2. 02

    Preparation

Supply of pipes, fittings and valves; preparation of the trench and pipes.

  3. 03

    Welding

Butt or electrofusion welding to spec, with controlled parameters.

  4. 04

    Test & handover

Pressure testing, backfilling and handover of the finished pipeline.

Who it's for

  • Municipalities and water utilities — mains and transfers
  • Agriculture — main lines for irrigation
  • Industry — process and fire-fighting water mains
  • Private water intakes and farms
